Pump units and packaged pump stations

We engineer and manufacture pump packages for water supply, pressure boosting, irrigation and industrial processes. Each solution combines the pump, motor, baseplate, pipework and valves into an installation-ready system.

Packaged stationsHydraulic testingPump service

For utilities, agriculture, industrial customers, OEM partners and system integrators in international markets.

Packaged three-pump pressure boosting station during final inspection

From duty point to finished pump package — pump selection, unit layout, pipework, alignment, testing and preparation for installation.

Our approach

Not an isolated pump, but one coordinated hydraulic system

A pump must match the required flow, head and liquid properties. The motor, baseplate, manifolds, valves and installation conditions must work together, so our scope is the complete package rather than a single component.

01Pump unitHydraulic end, motor, coupling, guard and common baseplate
02Pipework and valvesManifolds, isolation and check valves, gauges and connections
03Assembly and testingAlignment, leak checks, performance verification and installation readiness

Outcome A packaged pump system prepared for integration at the customer site.

Applications

Pump solutions selected for the actual duty point

We consider flow, head, liquid properties, duty cycle, redundancy, installation conditions and maintenance requirements.

01

Water intake and transfer

Horizontal and vertical pump units for moving water between reservoirs, treatment stages and distribution zones.

  • municipal facilities
  • process water
02

Pressure boosting

Compact multi-pump stations with manifolds, valves and duty/standby pump arrangements.

  • buildings and facilities
  • local networks
03

Irrigation

Pump packages for open water sources, storage reservoirs, greenhouses and field irrigation systems.

  • agricultural operations
  • greenhouse facilities
04

Industrial processes

Circulation, cooling, washing and transfer of process liquids in industrial infrastructure.

  • continuous duty
  • standby units

At the site

A pump station as part of the infrastructure

We consider pipe routing, access to valves, coupling and bearing maintenance, drainage and the ability to replace one unit without dismantling the complete station.

Pump equipment

From a single pump unit to a packaged station

We select the pump type, motor, wetted materials and package layout according to the system parameters and operating environment.

01

Horizontal centrifugal pump units

Pump and motor on a common baseplate with coupling, guard, alignment and prepared process connections.

02

Vertical multistage pumps

Compact units for water supply, pressure boosting and applications requiring high head with a small installation footprint.

03

Multi-pump booster stations

Two or more pumps on a common frame with manifolds, isolation valves, gauges and the required redundancy.

04

Spare parts and service

Inspection and replacement of impellers, shafts, seals and bearings, followed by realignment and unit checks.

Single pump unit

Pump and motor on a common baseplate

We package a horizontal centrifugal pump with its drive motor, coupling, guard and rigid baseplate. Fasteners and unit alignment are checked before delivery.

Shipment readiness is confirmed by inspection

After assembly, we verify completeness, valve positions, instrument readings and connection condition. The results and package configuration are recorded on the acceptance sheet.

In-house manufacturing

Pump assembly, alignment and testing

We assemble pump units on common frames, fabricate the package pipework, verify connections and check operating parameters before delivery.

01

Pump unit assembly

Mounting the pump and motor on a baseplate with the coupling, supports, guards and process connections.

02

Precision alignment

Checking shaft alignment and adjusting unit position for stable operation and service life.

03

Package pipework

Manifolds, piping, valves, pressure gauges and auxiliary components on a common support frame.

04

Testing and service

Leak and parameter checks, hydraulic-end inspection and preparation for shipment.

Before shipment

We test the complete station on a test loop

The assembled package is connected to the test circuit to check joint integrity, pressure-gauge readings and final completeness. The results are recorded on an inspection sheet before delivery.

  • pipework integrity
  • operating readings
  • final completeness

Pump service

Every repair starts with inspection

We disassemble the pump, clean and inspect the hydraulic end, measure critical fits and identify the parts that require restoration or replacement.

  • shaft and impeller
  • seals and bearings
  • reassembly and alignment
Complete cycle

From duty point to a finished pump package

  1. 01

    Duty requirements

We define flow, head, liquid, temperature, duty cycle, installation conditions and available power.

  2. 02

    Selection and layout

We select the pump size, motor, materials, redundancy, baseplate, manifolds and valves.

  3. 03

    Assembly

We mount the units, fabricate the pipework, verify connections and perform precision alignment.

  4. 04

    Testing

We check leaks and operating parameters, then prepare the package for shipment and installation.

International cooperation

A pump package partner for OEMs and system integrators

We work from duty parameters or customer documentation. The scope may cover a pump unit, skid module or complete station prepared for site integration.
